Back by popular demand, Court Advocates for Children will host the third annual CASA Rocks – Cornhole Tournament to benefit the abused and neglected children in Kittitas County. This year’s charity tournament will be held on Saturday, September 25th from 2 – 8 pm. at the Rotary Pavilion. The CASA Rocks event is open to the public and community members are encouraged to sign-up as a team of two to participate in the tournament for $20 per team. However, anyone can come to the event to listen to music, drink Iron Horse beer, and cheer on the competitors. The money raised from the event benefits the program, Court Advocates for Children (CASA).

The perfect event for any beer aficionado is coming back to the quaint town of Roslyn, Washington. Roslyn Mountain Ale Festival introduces a variety of breweries from the Central Washington area. Breweries such as DRU BRU, ICICLE Brewing Company, Columbia Valley Brewing and many more will fill up the The Roslyn Yard. Attendees will also enjoy foods from Roslyn's local restaurant, Basecamp Books and Bites and the musical stylings from a Central Washington performer. 

10/02/2021 - Seventh Annual Ellensburg Archives and Museums Crawl

Tour six museums and archives in Ellensburg that include the Ellensburg Public Library and Archives, Kittitas County Historical Museum, Kittitas County Genealogy Society, CWU Museum of Culture and Environment, Washington State Archives, and CWU Archives and Special Collections. Space is limited to 15 participants. RSVP is required by emailing archive@cwu.edu. Guests are responsible for their own transportation. NOTE: In keeping with COVID procedures, masks may be required at the repositories on the Crawl. This event may be moved to virtual format, depending on COVID restrictions at the time of the event.
