The time has come! Seniors are ready to graduate, short film projects are ready to screen and FVS awards are ready to be awarded!
Students! Submit your projects &/or scripts for consideration. Awards will be given for the following categories: Best documentary short, Best fiction short, Best critical essay, Best script short form (30 pgs or less), Best script long form (31+ pgs), Best TV bible & pilot, and Best TV episode. You need to submit a letter of application (what category you are submitting to, title, log-line, synopsis, and your contact information) & a link to the video (Youtube, Vimeo, etc.) or a pdf of your script to Prof. Helen Harrison (firstname.lastname@example.org) by 5pm, Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Students may only submit 1 entry per category.
Winners will be announced at the Apple Pie Film Festival Tuesday, June 4, 2013 12:00-2:00pm in Black 150... Senior Demo Reels will be screened, Short Films showcased (directing & practicum classes) and the FVS Student Awards given!... Oh, and free pie will be served!
