CWU Compliance with the Clery Act
Central Washington University (CWU) is committed to providing a safe and secure learning, working, and living environment that promotes personal integrity, civility and mutual respect. The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, also known as the Clery Act, requires CWU to collect, report, and disseminate crime and fire data, as well as provide timely warnings to the campus community of certain crimes, and notification of incidents that pose a threat to our community.

Any complaints, questions, or concerns regarding Clery Act compliance at CWU should be made directly to the Director of Civil Rights Compliance, Thomas Pedersen, or the Chief of University Police and Public Safety, Jason Berthon-Koch.

Use the Campus Security Authority (CSA) reporting form to report appropriate criminal offenses to University Police.
