Entree Salads

Our entree salads are served banquet style with china service, linens, and service staff provided.
 

Served Lunch Entree Salads

Minimum order 10 servings
 
Chicken Caesar Salad $15/serving
Romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, parmesan cheese, house pickled red onion, and grilled foccaica with caesar dressing. Accompanied by coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and hot tea.
 
Greek Salad $14/serving
Feta cheese, kalamata olives, tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, house made hummus, grilled pita bread, with red onion served on a bed of greens topped with cucumber, mint yogurt  dressing.
*Add grilled chicken for an additional $2 per serving
 
Caprese Salad $13
Fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomato. Dressed with extra virgin olive oil, cracked black pepper, kosher salt, fresh pesto, and a balsamic reduction. Served with a toasted baguette

Seared Salmon Salad $(market price)
Fresh salmon pan seared with lemon, shallot, and fresh thyme served over a bed on mixed greens, shaved fennel, fresh basil, and orange segments.

Chimichurri Grilled Flank Steak and Polenta $17
Grilled 4oz Top Sirloin served over a toasted garlic polenta cake with baby arugula, roasted peppers, charred red onion, grilled seasonal vegetables, and freshly made roasted red pepper chimchurri.
