Enjoy the outdoor cooking experience with one of our barbecue selections. The Catering staff will cook on-site and supply servers for an additional fee. Paper plates, plastic silverware, serving utensils, and equipment to keep your food safe. Beverages are not included.
 

The Cub Barbecue

Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound hamburgers, American cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, shaved red onion,  pickles, Tim's Cascade potato chips, and assorted whole fresh fruit. Minimum order 30 servings.

The Wildcat BBQ

Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound* hamburgers, American cheese, shredded lettuce,
sliced tomato, shaved red onions, pickles,  fresh seasonal fruit salad, Chefs choice seasonal salad, vegetarian baked beans, and brownies.
 
Chef Fee: $15 per hour
Server Fee: $15 per hour
BBQ Setup Fee: $25

-Substitute a 1/3 pound hamburger for an additional $2.00.
-Add caramelized onions and mushrooms for an additional $1.00
-Add artisanal cheeses for an Additional $1.00 /serving
-Add Smoked Peppered Bacon for Additional $1.00 /serving
-Minimum order 45 servings


The Wellington BBQ

$19.00/serving
 
Choice of one protein:
-Slow cooked fall off the bone pork ribs,

-Mexican Spiced pulled pork sandwich with fresh pico de gallo, jalapeno sour cream, and fresh cilantro served on a toasted ciabatta.

-1/3 pound hand formed  beef patty simply seasoned with salt and pepper.  Comes with lettuce, tomato, pickles, shaved red onions, and an assortment of cheeses.
 
Add any of these for an additional $1.00
-Caramelized onions
-garlic and thyme mushrooms
-specialty cheeses
-peppered bacon

-Red Wine marinated  Flank steak cooked medium rare and sliced thin at event.  Served with a roasted red pepper chimmi churri.
 
Buffet also includes fresh seasonal vegetables, corn muffins, honey butter, green salad, roasted red potatoes, and assorted dessert bars.
Choose an addition second protein for $8.00 per person
Add grilled salmon for (market price)
Add 8 oz Top Sirloin steak for $15.00

Prices are valid through December 31, 2015. Please note displayed prices are for on campus department charges, residence hall vouchers, and for billing to state agencies/nonprofits conducting qualifying fundraising activities. Tax is added to billing for private party and non-state entities.
