PLANNED OUTAGE - PEOPLESOFT APPLICATIONS WITHIN MYCWU - JULY 9-13*

The University is upgrading our PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. This upgrade is required to remain in compliance with support, patches and security fixes from the vendor and impacts all PeopleSoft applications (Human Resources, Financials, Campus Solutions and Interaction Hub (MyCWU portal)).

All PeopleSoft systems will be unavailable starting Thursday July 9th at 5:00 P.M. with system availability being restored on Monday July 13th at 7:00 A.M. 

Large projects of this nature are prone to encounter issues as we upgrade our systems over the weekend. We have done work to minimize the risk, but as a precaution we may need to extend the upgrade by 1 day (+1 contingency plan). **In this unlikely scenario, systems would be available on Tuesday morning 7:00 A.M. The Service Desk will send an email update if this +1 contingency plan is utilized.
