Mission: To promote the equity and acceptance of women in the workforce and provide the tools and knowledge necessary to both men and women, in order to eliminate stereotypes in all fields and sectors of employment.
Vision: We aim to provide professional development for young professionals through peer mentoring and networking opportunities. We hope to create an open and safe environment for the community to dialog about the issues and stereotypes that surround women in the workforce.

Community: We offer a space where everyone can come together to learn in a safe environment! All genders and majors are invited to join this club to gain knowledge and develop soft skills that all employers are looking for.
Meetings: We are a hybrid club! Meetings will be weekly, alternating between professional development on Zoom and team building in-person. The meetings are tentatively scheduled for Tuesdays at 7PM and will be reassessed by the club each quarter to provide the best time for our members.
Find Your Voice Conference: Our club hosts an annual conference where we bring speakers to shared their stories and teach us lessons they have learned in their careers. There is a keynote speaker, workshops, a panel, and networking opprounitties. Check out our last conference here!
