The goal of tutoring is not to explain information but to help students help themselves. Tutors are students who have previously taken the class and excelled in it. Tutors are available for set blocks of time for each subject area including:
Business 221 & Economics 101, 102, 130, 201, 202: MWTH 10 am - 12 pm & 3 pm - 5 pm (Zoom)
Academic Coaching: 8 am - 10 pm, 7 days per week (Zoom)
University Writing Center: M-TH, 9 am - 11 pm, Fridays, 9 am - 6 pm, and Sundays 2 pm - 11 pm (Zoom and Screencasting)
University Math Center: M-TH 8am - 9pm, Fridays, 8 am - 7 pm, and Sundays 12 pm - 8 pm (Zoom)
Students may self-schedule for coaching, writing and math at http://tutortrac.cwu.edu, using their single sign-on credentials. They will receive links to their Zoom sessions within TutorTrac for security purposes, so they must sign on to access their appointments.
PALS: schedule will be live at the end of the first week of classes at www.cwu.edu/academic-success/pals/pals. All PALS sessions will run via Zoom, and for security purposes, students will only see the link from within their Canvas course if that course is supported by PALS.
eTutoring: 15 subjects, 5am - midnight, 7 days per week. Students can visit www.etutoringonline.org, select CWU, and request a password be sent to their CWU emails.
