The faculty team combines industry experience with academic credentials from leading logistics, operations, and supply chain university programs in the U.S. and around the world.

The CWU BS in Business Administration - Leadership and Management is our newest exciting specialization. The College of Business interviewed industry leaders who recommended a strong program in leadership development for business graduates. The program is both theoretical and applied in focus.

Early in the program, students will learn the theories of leadership, and continually progress toward application by the time they reach their capstone course in leadership. Students will be well prepared to lead regardless of their position in their respective organizations. Graduates have gone on to work with firms like, Expedia, Target, REI and Tableau.

Given the importance of the content to career success, we recommend Leadership and Management as an additional specialization for those interested in accounting, finance, supply chain management, and marketing.
