Business Administration:Online Program Application

This fully online program is designed to allow students entering with a Washington State Business DTA to complete a Business Administration degree in a timely manner. Currently, there are two specializations offered in this program: General Business and Supply Chain Management. This program can accommodate a variety of preferred course loads, from part-time students to full-time students. Full-time students could finish in as little as 5- 6 quarters.

Students enrolled in the Business Administration: General Business specialization program will take classes from a wide range of business focused areas such as finance, leadership & management, marketing, supply chain management, and human resource management. This variety of courses helps to produce a well-rounded business professional.

Students enrolled in the Business Administration: Supply Chain Management specialization program will take specialization courses that focus on Supply Chain Management. The principles you learn will support your career growth in most any position from managing operations in a bustling warehouse for a local distributor to leading business development for an international company.

Students with Associate of Arts- DTA degrees may be considered provided they have taken a pre-calculus or calculus based college course (for example, MATH& 141 or 148 or an approved equivalent) and received a 1.7 minimum.

This program is not currently available to students within the service area of the CWU-Ellensburg location.

This program has limited seats, and as such admission requirements are higher than our in person programs.

Admission Requirements:

  • Washington State Business DTA or Associates of Arts-DTA or Completion of the CWU General Education Program
  • MATH 153 or an equivalent pre-calculus math class that has been approved (Commonly accepted classes from Washington State community colleges include MATH& 141 and MATH& 148 but other options exist)
  • 2.5 Collegiate GPA
  • Good Academic Standing (2.0 term GPA) for your last term of attendance at an instituition of higher education
  • Completion of the College of Business Agreement to Policies (applicants will be provided this following review of their records and eligibility)

Please note, for students not earning a Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA) Associates degree, consideration will be given on a space available basis.
