Club Standing and Running Club List

Club Recognition Packet

  • This will be filled out if you are planning to start a new club for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Please type in all your necessary club information, print, sign in the designated areas, and turn it into the Student Engagement Team in SURC 250. For any questions or concerns, please email the Student Engagement Team at StudentEngagement@cwu.edu.

 

Club Renewal Packet 

  • This will be filled out if you are renewing your club status for the 2019-2020 Academic Year. Please type in all your necessary club information, print, sign in the designated areas, and turn it into the Student Engagement Team in SURC 250. Funding Requests

  • The funding model and request processes are currently being updated at this time and this website will reflect those changes as soon as that information is finalized. For any questions or concerns, please email the Student Engagement Team at StudentEngagement@cwu.edu.

 

  • Intent to Event Form 

    • To be filled out if your club is intending to put on an event, activity, showcase, etc..., that is open to more than just the Club Members.

     

    Intent to Travel Form

    • In order for the University to understand your travel needs and to ensure safety throughout your travel experience, all clubs/organizations MUST complete an Intent To Travel Request for any club travel including, but not limited to travel outside of Ellensburg, the state of Washington and the United States. Whether a club/organization is utilizing CWU Motorpool, arranged travel by the Office of Student Involvement or personal vehicles an Intent To Travel Form must be completed.

    CLUB/ORGANIZATION CONTRACT SERVICES REQUEST

    Is your club/organization looking to pay to bring in an artist, performer, presenter or outside entity? Your first step in the process is to complete the online Contract Service Request Form. This form must be completed at least four (4) weeks prior to the event.

    Students are not authorized to contract services on behalf of the university, but completing the online form is the first step in ensuring your event gets all the attention needed. However, failure to complete this form will result in the inability to use club/organization funds to remit payment.

    After completion of this request, you will be asked to set up a meeting with Executive Director of Student Involvement, Jeff Rosenberry to discuss this request in more detail and talk about the next steps in the contract process.
