Teresa Francois holds an M.A. in Art Education (2002) from The University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 1993, she earned a B.F.A in Metals & Jewelry from Missouri State University, Springfield, Missouri. In the past 30 years, Teresa has lived in various states coast to coast gaining life experiences that enrich her teaching, art making and discussions with students. From 2016-2018, she was a resident artist at Gallery One in Ellensburg participating in local exhibitions in the art community. In addition to her position as an Art Education Lecturer at CWU, Teresa is currently a full-time art teacher at Kittitas Secondary School in Kittitas, Washington.
