Nicole Pietrantoni Exhibit Opens March 28

The CWU Sarah Spurgeon Gallery will host A lapse, a fold, a fallowed field, a solo exhibition by visiting artist Nicole Pietrantoni. The opening events will take place on Thursday, March 28, beginning with an artist’s talk at 4:00 p.m. in Randall Hall, room 117. The talk will be immediately followed by a reception in the gallery from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Pietrantoni uses both traditional and digital printmaking techniques to explore the complex relationship between human beings and nature. She is an Associate Professor of Art at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, where she teaches printmaking and book arts.
