Air Force ROTC Detachment 895's Annual POW/MIA 24-Hour Senior Vigil Continues Long-Standing Tradition

The Air Force ROTC Detachment 895's Class of 2022 continues the long-standing tradition of hosting the Annual POW/MIA 24-Hour Senior Vigil in front of Lind Hall - South Lawn Area (Next to University Way). It will begin with an Opening Ceremony at midnight on Wednesday/November 10 and conclude with a Closing Ceremony at midnight on Thursday/November 11, Veterans Day. Each of the five Air Force ROTC Cadets will rotate shifts and stand guard over a POW/MIA Memorial. Also, an Air Force ROTC POW/MIA 24-Hr. Senior Vigil Banner will be proudly displayed across University Way from 8-14 November. This event honors POW and MIA personnel for their service, courage, sacrifice and their families, that they are not forgotten.
