Job Growth + High Demand Skills = Opportunity
BY 2018, nearly 25% of energy managers in the Pacific Northwest will retire, leaving a market that is hungry for innovative, forward-thinking talent. We collaborated with private and public energy companies in order to identify the skill sets they’ll need from these future energy professionals. Our three-track Integrated Energy Management (IEM) Bachelor of Science degree program was designed to educate and train students specifically to meet this demand, giving our graduates a unique advantage in an exciting job market.
Median Salaries for IEM Careers
