Student Accounts:
If you are having trouble logging in, go to Wildcat Password Self Service to change your password. You will need your ID number and your answers to your security questions. If you do not know your student ID number, call the Registrar's Office, Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm at 509-963-3001.
If you do not have answers to your security questions and need to reset your password, contact the CWU Service Desk at (509) 963-2001 or email servicedesk@cwu.edu.
Faculty/Staff Accounts:
If you have entered answers to the Wildcat Password Self Service challenge questions, you can reset your password at http://wildcatpassword.cwu.edu
