How To Request Service Through the Service Desk Catalog
NOTICE TO ALL CWU STUDENTS: As of May 3rd all CWU Student accounts will be required to use Microsoft Multifactor as a security login method. The Service Desk strongly recommends that you sign up in advance of the May 3rd date to avoid issues with your MyCWU login. CWU Service Desk provides a single point of contact for faculty, staff, students, alumni and parents requesting technology related services and support from Information Services. Through the implementation, advancement and support of technology, we strive to provide outstanding technology services to our university community.
Who we are: The CWU Service Desk is part of the Information Services (IS) Division, focused on meeting your technical needs and providing high quality, dependable and secure services.
What we do: The CWU Service Desk provides phone, e-mail and walk-in computer support for all faculty, staff, students and guests at Central Washington University.
Where we are: Samuelson, 1st Floor (7AM-5PM).
Hours while classes are in session:
Monday-Friday 7:00AM-5:00PM
Saturday, Sunday and Holidays - CLOSED
