Contracts, Purchasing, and Surplus


The Contracts, Purchasing, and Surplus department office is located in Mitchell Hall on the 2nd Floor, East End.

Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding University holidays. This department can assist with processes related to contract intake and review; accounts payable; bid opportunities; reseller permits; CWU e-purchase; and surplus and assets management, in addition to many additional areas.
