1. Open the link to the 2009 PNWCA Session Proposal Form
   (Requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
2. Fill out form completely
3. Click "Sumbit by Email"
   
   This will open your default email client with a new message to "Prairie Brown, <brownp@cwu.edu>" and the form data as an attachment
4. Attach your one-page abstract as MS Word Document (.doc or .docx) to this email message
5. Send the email
