Women's StudiesWomen's studies cultivates a critical awareness of the contributions of women and the impact of gender in our lives, both historically and in the contemporary world. Curriculum change in the works!The program faculty have decided to streamline the minor requirements by getting rid of the distinction between elective and core courses. We’re also adding a two-credit capstone course (WS 488), which you can sign up for with any women’s studies faculty member. This culminating course can be a research project, a service learning project, or any other work that helps you integrate what you’ve learned in the rest of the program. Here are the new requirements:WS 201 5 credits
