Step 2: Add Templates to Local Work Environment

Create two new folders

See important note for Mac users.

Now that you have a copy of all your Web documents in a local directory, you need to add the Dreamweaver templates into the local work environment folder you just created. To do this, add two folders to your local work environment (the example below shows a work environment located on the C: drive in a folder called Web Files).

The first folder should be named templates and the second folder should be called template_images. (Get help on how to create a new folder.)
