Theatre Arts Room Schedule and Request

Starting in the Spring 2016 Quarter, the Theatre Arts department will use only 25Live for managing room schedules.  25Live is the University's system of record for facility utilization and an essential part of the emergency action plan.  University Police and Facilities Management depend on the accuracy of the information in 25Live to respond to a variety of emergencies.

STEP 1: Check for room availability on 25Live.  If the room you want is during a time when the building is closed (displayed in gray), you will need to ensure you have arrangements to access the building and the room.  If you are working on a class project, check with your instructor to coordinate access.  Adjustments to the building hours require coordination with Facilities Management, funding, and a work order.
