Greetings and welcome to my webpage.  My name is Kathleen Waltner and I am a Senior at Central Washington University, and will be graduating with a History and Education degree.  
I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington with my parents and two older sisters. I went to St. Bernadette Elementary School and graduated from John F. Kennedy Memorial High School, before coming to Central.

I love the Pacific Northwest.  I like to play tourist around cities, and visit different attractions, taking pictures and discovering new things to love about the region.  I am a huge Seattle sports fan.  I even took up a job as a food vendor at Safeco Field to watch the Mariner's game and get paid to work.



History is something that I have always enjoyed.  It started as a love for regional Seattle history and now it has moved far beyond local history into U.S. history and World history.  I have always wanted to become a teacher and I am excited to be so close to reaching my goals.   I would like to be a coach for the high school i work for.
