McConnell Auditorium

General Admission $8

Produced by special arrangement with Dramatists Play Service Inc.

This Faculty Showcase production, and winner of Broadway's Tony Award for Best Play in 1998, features CWU performance faculty members George Bellah 3rd, Keith Edie, and Michael J. Smith as three men whose friendship is fatally disrupted when one of them spends a small fortune on a modern work of art which he believes to be a masterpiece, and which his friend considers to be a complete joke. A scathing comedy, 'Art' pits the value of friendship against the value of art, with hilarious and touching results.

Intended for mature audiences

* Generous funding from your Student Services and Activities Fees allows us to offer CWU students this reduced rate. CWU ID and ticket required at the door..
