Please allow two weeks for standard ad designs. Additional fees may be assessed for customized ads and additional changes. All advertisements must abide by university policies and are subject to approval by the Student Union Operations and Scheduling Services. (See below for Creative Guidelines.)

Wildcat Access Creative Guidelines

This section is for the individual who is designing and producing advertisements for Wildcat Access.

Size 640 pixels wide x 480 pixels high
File Format MPEG-1 / AVI / Microsoft Powerpoint™
Frame Rate 29.97 frams per second
video Bit Rate 2000 kilobytes per second
Audio not available
Video must be compressed using MPEG-1 compression and saved as an .MPG file.
Still Image Poster
Disc Must be formatted for PC
Image Size 640 pixels wide x 480 pixels high
Resolution 300 dpi
Color Mode RGB
Preferred File Types TIFF / JPEG / PDF

Video must be compressed using MPEG-1 compression, and saved as a .MPG file.

Images submitted for customized ads should be saved at 300dpi, RGB color.
Background images must be 640 pixels wide by 480 pixels high, 300dpi, RGB color.
