Have you ever seen a situation where you thought you should intervene but did not know how? Or do you have a friend in what seems like an emotionally abusive relation and want to know how to help? Or do you just want to be involved in something potentially life changing?
Green Dot can be your way to help.
GREEN DOT is a prevention program focused on empowering bystanders to become active members in reducing power-based personal violence (PBPV) to make our campus a safer place to live, work, and attend school.
Join us for an interactive workshop, where you can learn how to reduce power-based personal violence, which includes:
Discussing obstacles to action and how they affect our response.
Practicing realistic ways of intervening in potentially high-risk situations.
Learning how your everyday actions can influence others around you.
Small group activities with peers to effectively develop solutions to this issue.
A chance to get some Green Dot gear to let others know where you stand!
FREE FOOD!
Sign up for the next training THIS SATURDAY November 17th now!!
