Student Support Services : Application Process

To qualify for the Student Support Services Program at Central Washington University you must meet the following requirements:

• low-income or
• a first generation college student (neither parent has a 4-year degree) or
• disabled
  
  and
• have academic need

You also need to print and fill out the following:

• Program Eligibility Application (MS Word file)
  • Online Program Eligibility Application
• Release of Information Form (MS Word file)

You may qualify for the following services:

• Academic advising
• One-on-one tutoring
• Help applying for financial aid
• Career counseling
• Individual study skills instruction
• Peer mentoring
• Success workshops and seminars
• Social and cultural activities
• Special assistance for academic warning and probation
