SFS : Direct Deposit Form for Financial Aid Refunds

Central Washington University and the Office of Student Financial Services is pleased to announce the implementation of Direct Deposit for SAFARI Refunds.

If you currently have Direct Deposit for your Payroll check then you will automatically be enrolled in Direct Deposit for any SAFARI Refunds you may receive. If you choose not to be enrolled in Direct Deposit for SAFARI Refunds AND you are currently enrolled in Direct Deposit for your Payroll check, then your Payroll Direct Deposit will cease and you MUSTcontact Student Financial Services at 509-963-3546 as well as the Payroll Office at 509-963-2221.

Please click on the link below to download the Direct Deposit Form. Completed Forms should be turned into the Office of Student Financial Services located in Barge Hall Room 104D.
