- Technology Changes Teaching
On a spring 2005 teacher survey, 100% of participating teachers (n=9) agreed that because of the grant technology they have made changes to their math instruction feel better prepared to help learning disabled students learn and they also plan to continue to use multimedia to teach math in the future.Teachers commented that they had become better teachers because they could now explain mathematics in more than one way and they were challenging their students more than they had before.

They were able to go beyond basic math concepts and we went into solving algebra, and geometry concepts. They were able to relate it to the real world. I have involved technology in my teaching everyday and I see the importance of having technology to help teach students about math and life."
- "The doc camera and ACTIVboard have forever changed how I teach. I have scanned curriculum that can then be manipulated on the ACTIVboard, and the doc camera has allowed me to demonstrate concepts and allow students to share their thought processes with others more readily."
