Scholarship Central: Prospective Freshman Students

Tuition Waivers

To recognize the academic achievement of talented entering freshmen, CWU awards merit-based tuition waivers to selected students who are admitted to Central on or before February 1 of each year and who will start school in the upcoming fall. The tuition waivers are based on applicants' Admissions Index (AI) and are awarded in February of each year. The awards range from $2,400 for partial tuition to approximately $4,500 for full tuition (excluding institutional fees) and will be granted for the first year of instruction only. There is no application to complete in order to be considered for tuition waivers.
