Washington Council of the Blind Scholarship Program
The Washington Council of the Blind Scholarship Program will be given the first consideration to those applicants who have not previously received a WVB scholarship.

Requirements:
  • Enrolled or planning to enroll in an accredited Washington State vocational school, college or university
  • Resident of Washington State
*Note: Legal blindness is defined as an individual who has a visual acuity of 20/200 or less in the corrected eye and/or 20 degrees or less visual field in the corrected eye. Individuals who are legally blind in BOTH eyes are eligible to receive a scholarship.
