Requirements:

- Full-time student enrolled during spring 2008 semester/quarter
- Submit an essay via regular mail or via e-mail of a minimum of 1,500 and a maximum of 5,000 words on the specified topic
|
*Note: You do not have to be an American citizen to apply, but need to be attending an American college or university. High school students are not eligible |

1st prize: $1,000
2nd prize: $500
3rd prize: $250
