Requirements:

Diagnosed with schizophrenia, schizophreniform, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder

Currently receiving medical treatment for the disease, including medications and psychiatric follow-up

Actively involved in rehabilitative or reintegrative efforts, such as clubhouse membership, part-time work, volunteer efforts or school enrollment

U.S. citizen

18 years or older

Award Amount:

Varies by tuition expense at different institutions

January 23, 2008
