| Requirements:

- Hispanic background (one parent fully Hispanic or each parent half-Hispanic)
- U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Undergraduate or graduate enrolled in a degree-seeking program full-time
- Have completed at least 12 undergraduate credits
