| Requirements:
|
- Be 1/4 or more degree American Indian, and be enrolled member of a U.S. tribe
- Attend an accredited college or university on a full-time basis
- Have a high ACT and/or a high ACT/SAT scores
- Must also apply to all other sources of funding for which they are eligible
