- Alaska Native/American Indian student who is a permanent Alaska resident
- Full-time undergraduate or graduate student in healthcare-related field
- Full time student
- Maintain 2.0 GPA
- Provide documentation of tribal enrollment from a federally recognized tribe or a copy of a Certificate of Indian Blood from the Bureau of Indian Affairs
