- Must be a CWU student
- Enrolled or scheduled to enroll in a master's in education program
- Demonstrate financial need
- Minimum 3.25 GPA on the last 90 credit hours prior to admission
- Must maintain a minimum 3.00 GPA during the period of the fellowship
