- Have a physical disability certified by a doctor
- Demonstrate financial need

Application Process : |
- Complete the George and Dorothy Connell Mulinski Scholarship Application Form
- Write a cover letter stating the reasons for attending CWU, and explain the impact of the disabling condition on your educational process
- Provide proof of academic performance (i.e., transcripts)
- Provide proof of academic promise (for freshmen: Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT ) scores, or American College Testing (ACT) scores; for transfer students: results of basic skills placement tests)
- Submit three letters of recommendation
- Provide a statement from a doctor verifying the disabling condition
