| Requirements:

- CWU student enrolled full time in the BS Safety & Health Management Program
- GPA: 2.8 or higher
- At least junior standing at the time recipient receives the scholarship

Award Amount:
|
2 $1,000 scholarships at Ellensburg
2 $500 scholarships at Lynnwood
|

Additional Materials Required :

- One-page essay demonstrating applicant's commitment to safety and health
- Two letters of recommendation from faculty
