Request for Exception to Facilities Use Policies of CWU
The President’s Office must approve all requests to use CWU facilities for receptions and banquets.  There is a specific form to use and written response is usually given within 3 to 5 days.


University Facilities Exception Request
Request for temporary exception to the standard operation policy of the Student Union & Recreation Center. (This includes decorations, advertisements, etc.) Application must be submitted to the Union Board Chair at least 10 days prior to the event.
