Welcome! Scheduling Center is located in room 146 in the Student Union & Recreation Center, at the heart Central Washington University’s campus. The Scheduling Office provides services for all non-academic events that occur in campus facilities. We have two full time schedulers, one focusing on the Student Union & Recreation Center, and the other on academic facilities. The Central Washington University community as well as the local community is invited to reserve events in our facilities. Space can be reserved by stopping by the Scheduling Center or by contacting us via the information listed below. Our schedulers are ready and excited to help you put together your next event.
