SALT - College/Young Adult

"Above all, maintain constant love for one another, for love covers a multitude of sins.  Be hospitable to one another without complaining. Like good stewards of the maniflod grace of God, serve for one another with whatever gift each of you have received."  I Peter 4:8-10

What is Salt?
Seeking through worship, fellowship, scripture, and prayer to join God in what He is doing.

About Salt...

Salt is a ministry of the Ellensburg Christian & Missionary Alliance Church (CMA) made up of college students and young adults that gather weekly on Tuesday nights at the CMA to worship God together, make connections with others and have fun doing it.  We have many small groups that meet during the week as well as many ministry opportunities to get involved with.  Salt begins at 7pm and usually lasts until 8:30 pm.

Getting Connected...

There are many ways to become involved with Salt and the bigger picture of what God is doing here in Ellensburg and on Central's campus.  We suggest that you first get involved with a small group.  They meet weekly and are available on every day of the week.  Small groups provide real relationships with other people who are seeking to grow and know God better.  If that still does not satisfy you and you would like to help serve others through Salt, check out the different ministry groups that are active on Tuesdays and through the week.

Adventures...
Seeking after God can take many forms.  Salt offers activities throughout the year to stretch people and help them in their journey towards a deeper faith and understanding of Christ.  There are weekly activities organized by students everything from guys basketball to a group of readers and writers.  There are also quarterly activities such as prayer night as well as the occasional surf trip.  Yearly activities include a Fall Retreat, a refreshing journey together in community; Winter Break trip, usually involving snow and cocoal; Spring Break trip and a Summer Mission trip.  Salt never stops...we meet year round at the CMA church, even during the summer months when we can take advantage of great weather to go on hikes and other adventures.
