    The Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) Program provides information on college admissions to qualified adults who want to enter or continue a program of post-secondary education.     The High School Equivalency Program (HEP) was established in 2001 through a grant from the U.S. Department of Education Office of Migrant Education. The grant is funded to serve migrant students in obtaining their GED. The HEP program serves 125 students per fiscal year.
