articles about education. It helps teachers to have what they need to
be up to date in current research that deals with education. The
information provided can help teachers, parents, and the whole
community have a better idea of the ideas going around in education.

Association (NCTE)- NCTE
provides teachers with lesson plans, materials, resources, and
standards. Providing inavative ideas for teachers can help better the
classroom environment. The information given will provide the teachers
with the confidents to be an effective teacher.
Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) The
CEC website helps to improve the best possible strategies for
students with exceptional disabilities and those who are gifted. The
current legal information that it provieds allows parents and teachers
to know what they sholuld be expecting from the state and or school
districts for the children.

PBS Teachers This
website is a must. There are so many useful things for educators, such
as 2,500 books about education and websites. There are many
articles that can be read about the latest research in education.
PE Central - PE
Central gives information about thebest possible strategies for
teaching physical education to young children. Lesson plans are
available that give appropriate practice for PE. There is a newsletter
that can be requested to recieve information on the latest news on
physical education.
Sesame Street-
Great Place to watch videos, play games that help children with
numbers, letters, sequencing, sharing, and many other learning
experiences.
-Science and animals fascinate most children and this site shows games,
videos, and many other fun facts about science and animals. This would
be great to use when you need a video to show the class about how certain thingswork or look like.
Reading
is very important, the site provides some of the top research done to
help children learn to read in the best possible way. This is asite
were you can be a member and when you sign up you get be able to listen
to conferences that people from all around the world listen to.
