Ellensburg, WA - University planning and budgeting will top the agenda for Central Washington University's Board of Trustees (BOT) meeting on Friday, May 11, on the Ellensburg campus.
During a joint committee meeting at 9 a.m., the trustees will discuss the implications of proposed allocations to CWU in the Governor, Senate and House budgets for 2001 - 2003 and of the accompanying tuition rate proposals.
President Jerilyn S. McIntyre will highlight performance based budgeting, annual budgets and strategic planning in her report to the board during the afternoon session at 1 p.m. The trustees also will receive updates on the proposed quality of life facilities, enrollment recovery efforts, and vice presidential searches. And, they will take action on changes in parking lot fees.
Interested persons may attend the meeting on the Ellensburg campus in Barge 412 or view a live broadcast on cable television Channel 61, Community TV - Channel 2 and at the Central Washington University SeaTac and Lynnwood centers.
