February 27, 2001 Contact: Lt. Kevin Higgins, CWU Public Safety and Police Services, (509-963-2959) ELLENSBURG - Central Washington University's H-6 parking lot will be closed Thursday through Saturday, March 1-3, to allow for bus parking for the Wind Ensemble Festival at Hertz Hall. The 30-minute lot, near Hebeler Hall, will also be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, March 6 and 7, because of the CWU Orchestra and Chamber Music Festival.
