Halloween Madness At The 13th Boo Central At CWU

ELLENSBURG , Wash. - Bring your little ghosts and goblins to a safe, warm, fun event this Halloween. On Monday, Oct. 31, Central Washington University will present the 13th annual Boo Central, which is designed for kids through the fifth grade.

From 5 to 8 p.m. in the Samuelson Union Building (SUB), trick-or-treaters will follow a path through multiple Halloween-themed rooms through for fun, activities and game. At the end, they will receive candy and refreshments.

"This is a great, safe place for kids and their families," says Jodie Hevelone, Boo Central coordinator. "They can have a fabulous time and enjoy energetic, creative and fantastic carnival games."

For the past 12 years, local businesses and CWU departments, clubs, organizations and residence halls have donated candy and refreshments for the more than 400 children who attend the annual event.
