Popular Comedian to Headline CWU HomecomingOctober 16, 2007 ELLENSBURG, Wash.-- Get ready for a good laugh as stand up comedian and actor Jim Gaffigan heads to Central Washington University to perform at the 2007 CWU Homecoming feature event Friday, Oct. 26, 2007 at 8 p.m. in the CWU Student Union Ballroom. A favorite guest on late night television, Gaffigan is widely known for his animated cartoon "Pale Force" featured on "Late Night with Conan O'Brien." Gaffigan's DVD "Beyond the Pale," which aired on Comedy Central, went gold within six months of its debut. Other television credits include the TBS original sitcom "My Boys," now in its second season, as well as "The Ellen Show," "That 70's Show," "Sex and the City" and "Law and Order." Gaffigan also starred in the cult movie hit "Super Troopers" and appeared in films "13 Going on 30" and "Three Kings," among others. Promising a family friendly routine, some of Gaffigan's most famous lines come from his witty observations on Hot Pockets®: "It takes two minutes to cook, exactly how long does it stay in your system?"
