ELLENSBURG, Wash. - The Central Washington University board
of trustees has much to discuss when it meets Friday, May 9, at 1 p.m.
in Barge 412 on the CWU campus.
The board will address legislative and budget issues,
including a report from the Budget Advisory Forum, proposed academic
fees for the next fiscal year and student services and activities
allocations. It also will review the auxiliary services business plan
through 2007, and discuss revisions to the educational benefits policy
and CWU naming policy.
And, trustees will take action on the state auditor’s report
of fiscal year 2001-2002, which determined the university was in
compliance with state laws and regulations, and the nonacademic
building construction proposal for the next year.
Interested persons may attend the meeting on the Ellensburg
campus in Barge 412 or view a live broadcast on cable television
Channel 61, Community TV – Channel 2 and at the Central Washington
University SeaTac and Lynnwood centers.
