Saturday Fitness Infusion
Looking for something different to start off your weekend? Three Saturdays per quarter, we offer a specialty Group Fitness class for FREE for all Recreation Center members. These Fitness Infusion classes are typically formats that aren’t offered on our quarterly schedule, so you have the chance to try a new type of exercise in a safe setting. Fitness Infusion classes are FREE, open to all Recreation Center members, and are first come, first served. This quarter, try one of these Fitness Infusion classes:

ZUMBA® PARTY
Put your party pants on and hit the dance floor with a full hour of Zumba®! Move, groove and shake to spicy latin beats, while burning calories and having a blast. We guarantee you a great time!

ULTIMATE ABS
Washboard abs, here we come! Spend 60 full minutes toning, tightening and sculpting your mid-section. We’ll use plenty of equipment and get those abdominals burning. Get ready to crunch!

INFLATED BOOT CAMP
Think “boot camp on a ball”! Using every piece of inflatable equipment we have, we’ll interval cardio, strength and core training segments to give you the best workout your Saturday morning has ever seen. Expect nothing but fun and a hard-core workout!

Check out our new roster of Personal Trainers, both certified and not-yet-certified! We have quite a crew and guarantee you’ll find the trainer of your dreams amongst our team.
